5.Product positioning and responsibility
a) Nutritional support only
Our products are sold as animal feed products or feed supplements intended to support normal health, performance and nutritional balance as part of a horse’s overall diet and management.
b) Not a veterinary medicine
Our products are not supplied as veterinary medicines. We do not claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, injury, or a clinical condition.
c) Not APVMA registered
Because we do not make therapeutic claims, our products are not sold as APVMA-registered veterinary chemical products.
d) Your responsibility
