SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY (DR KIRKS EQUUS)

2. Shipping carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

3. Delivery addresses

Street address delivery only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

5. Processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding public holidays). If something is delayed, we’ll contact you.

6. Delivery timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on Australia Post’s network and your location. Tracking is provided where available.

7. Shipping costs and returns

a) Change of mind returns: original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched and delivered.

b) Change of mind returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and if a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

c) Faulty or incorrect items: where Australian Consumer Law applies and a return is required, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or pr

d) Damaged during transit
If your item was damaged during transit, email info@drkirks.com.au with clear photos of the damage no later than 7 days after delivery was received. Please include photos of:
• the outer packaging
• the inner packaging
• the product damage
• the shipping label (if possible)

8. Refunds and exchanges

Once we have received your returned item (if a return is required), we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed without contacting us first.

  1. Change of mind returns
    We are not required to provide refunds for change of mind. If we accept a change of mind return, it must be:
    • requested within 30 days of purchase
    • unused, unopened and in original condition
    • accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened supplements are not eligible for change of mind returns due to product integrity and safety.

  1. Faulty products and Australian Consumer Law
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
